Overview
Are you a passionate Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) seeking flexible daily supply work in Sleaford and surrounding areas?
We are currently seeking enthusiastic ECT Teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Sleaford and surrounding areas. As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of students across all year groups and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum. Aspire People will provide day-to-day supply teaching and opportunities for long-term roles. This role offers flexibility to choose when and where you work.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum.
- Cover classes across all year groups as required.
- Support student learning and maintain a positive classroom environment.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status
- A passion for creating engaging and dynamic lessons
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
