About the Role

  • Provide wellbeing support to pupils on a one‑to‑one and small‑group basis
  • Develop and deliver programmes that promote resilience, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Work closely with Aspire People staff, external agencies, and partner organisations
  • Support attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding processes
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to wider wellbeing strategies

  • Experience supporting children or young people in a wellbeing, pastoral, or development role
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A calm, supportive, and solution‑focused approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Someone reliable, committed, and ready to start ASAP
