Aspire People are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates who are passionate about supporting children and looking to gain valuable experience within education. You will gain first-hand experience supporting pupils with additional needs, working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils with SEND within a primary school environment
- Helping children develop confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and learning difficulties
- Delivering small-group activities and interventions
- Building positive relationships with pupils
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
