Aspire People are currently recruiting Psychology Graduates who are passionate about supporting children and looking to gain valuable experience within education. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to apply their knowledge of child development, behaviour, communication, and emotional wellbeing within a real school environment. The role is particularly suited to those interested in developing a career within SEND, educational psychology, counselling, youth work, teaching, or future SENCO pathways. You will gain first-hand experience supporting pupils with additional needs, working alongside experienced teachers and SEND professionals.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND within a primary school environment
  • Helping children develop confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
  • Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, communication needs, and learning difficulties
  • Delivering small-group activities and interventions
  • Building positive relationships with pupils
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
