We're on the lookout for kind, thoughtful graduates who are ready to support pupils with additional needs across schools in Boston. You don't need bags of experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school day
- Helping out with interventions and small group work
- Maintaining calm demeanour and being an adult the children can rely on and trust
- Working alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environment
What We're Looking For
- A Psychology degree (or relevant field)
- A calm, flexible approach. No two days are the same
- Bonus points if you've worked with children or adults with SEND, but not essential
