Aspire People are looking for passionate and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team and support some of our Ofsted \”Outstanding\” primary schools across Derby and Derbyshire.
We are proud to work with a range of excellent schools that provide nurturing and inspiring environments for children – and we\’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can make a real difference in the classroom.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils to help them reach their potential
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning resources
About You
We\’re looking for someone who is:
Passionate about supporting children\’s learning and development
Reliable, adaptable, and confident in a school setting
Experienced working with primary-aged children (school-based or similar experience preferred)
Qualified with a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
