About the Role:You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties. You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the school's ethos and curriculum
- Support pupils with diverse learning needs, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation
- Collaborate with the wider school team, parents, and external agencies
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN
