- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
- Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive learning
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Has strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Is committed, adaptable, and passionate about primary education
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
