Aspire People are currently recruiting a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to work in a range of supportive primary schools across Mansfield. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs looking for flexible or long‑term opportunities.
The Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑managed classroom environment
- Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress
- Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL pupils
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching in UK primary schools (ECTs welcome to apply)
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
