The predicted salary is between 30000 - 33483 Β£ per year.

Primary SEND will play an important role in helping children develop not only academically but also socially and emotionally.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
  • Providing both 1:1 and small-group support throughout the school day
  • Delivering intervention sessions to support learning and emotional development
  • Helping pupils access classroom activities and the wider curriculum
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to ensure consistent support

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
  • Previous experience supporting SEND and/or SEMH pupils
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
