About the Role
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Northampton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in their learning and development, working closely with class teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.
- Provide additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), where required.
- Help to prepare classroom resources and learning materials.
- Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management.
