Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)

The Role
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs.
- Support small groups and individuals both inside and outside the classroom.
- Help pupils access learning and reach their full potential.
- Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to deliver tailored support.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEND Teaching Assistant.
- Care workers, support workers, or those with experience supporting vulnerable children or young adults.
- Recent graduates considering a career in education.
- Candidates who have completed a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Anyone with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
