Primary School Part-time PPA Teacher – Walsall (Jan 25) Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge in the new year? Do you have a passion for teaching pupils of all ages? We are seeking dedicated and skilled Class Teachers to join Aspire People to work in Walsall, covering all classes, starting in January 2025 lasting until July 2025, which will be 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday.) Responsibilities: * Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to all pupils. * Follow the existing curriculum and schemes of work, ensuring continuity and progression in learning. * Collaborate with the Year 4 teaching team to plan engaging and inclusive lessons. * Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies. * Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child. * Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community. * Uphold the school’s values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment. * Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development activities. Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/ECT.) * Experience teaching in all years. * A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies. * Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents. * The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. * Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
