Aspire People are currently recruiting for a confident and adaptable Primary PPA Teacher to support a welcoming primary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys the variety of working across different year groups and delivering high-quality lessons while providing essential cover for teachers during their planning, preparation, and assessment time. The role would suit an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to gain further classroom experience within a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Cover classes during teacher PPA time
- Follow school planning and maintain consistency for pupils
- Support positive behaviour and learning routines
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit different year groups
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Confident working across different year groups
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible and adaptable teaching approach
- Passionate about supporting pupil progress
