Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate teaching and learning to support a wide range of abilities.
  • Commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Passion for inspiring and motivating students.
  • Previous teaching experience is desirable, but NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) are encouraged to apply.
