Aspire People is recruiting Preparation for Life (PFL) Tutors to work in SEN schools across Birmingham, starting September 2026. You will deliver personalised PFL sessions to learners aged 16-25, supporting independence, employability and adulthood goals, with one-to-one or small-group delivery and close collaboration with support staff.
We require QTS with SEMH classroom experience, ability to manage challenging behaviour and a nurturing, safeguarding-focused approach.
