We're currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, moderate learning difficulties, and physical disabilities. What you'll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation
- Assisting with personal care where required
- Helping implement behaviour and learning support plans
- Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What we're looking for:
- SEN experience (school, care, youth work or similar) preferred
- Team Teach, Makaton, PECS or similar training is highly desirable
- Calm, patient and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
