Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor / Teaching Assistant to work with two Year 6 pupils at one of our partnered schools in North Manchester. The successful candidate will provide individualised support throughout the school day, with the role split between two pupils who require different approaches to behaviour, emotional regulation, and classroom engagement.
