Your experience supporting children's communication, development, behaviour, independence, and learning through play can be highly transferable to an EYFS classroom.

The Role

  • Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
  • Supporting learning through play and exploration
  • Developing children's communication and language skills
  • Supporting phonics, early Maths, and literacy activities
  • Encouraging personal, social, and emotional development
  • Supporting observations and assessment
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
  • Working closely with teachers and other EYFS staff

We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or relevant experience
  • Recent experience working with children aged 3-5
  • Strong understanding of child development
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Patient, nurturing, and creative approach
