Aspire People are recruiting Primary Teachers who are interested in PPA teaching, intervention work and classroom cover from September 2026. This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy being in the classroom but want greater variety and flexibility than a traditional full-time class teacher position. You could work across different year groups, deliver PPA lessons, support targeted interventions, and provide additional teaching cover where schools need you.
The Role Could Include:
- Delivering PPA lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Providing planned classroom cover
- Leading small-group interventions
- Supporting pupils with gaps in learning
- Delivering phonics, Reading, English or Maths interventions
- Working across different classes throughout the week
- Supporting schools during periods of staff absence
