This is an exciting opportunity to join our Pool of Early Career Teachers (Primary Schools) for September 2026. We have vacancies within our working Trust Primary Schools. By applying for our Pool of ECTs, you are embarking on a teaching career in Primary Schools that will invest in you, support you to be a highly effective practitioner and offer you incredible development opportunities.
We are looking to recruit a number of enthusiastic, flexible, and highly motivated early career teachers to build a new "Trust Teacher Pool". In the first instance, if successful, a number of applicants will be immediately employed by the Trust. Those that are not immediately employed but have been successful through the interview process will be added to the Pool. Conditional on gaining QTS.
