Aspire People are currently recruiting for a school in Oldbury for experienced and passionate Qualified Teaching Assistants to work within their dedicated SEND provision. You will be working as part of a committed and supportive team, providing tailored support to pupils in a specialist SEND environment, helping them to engage, thrive and reach their full potential, with the needs mainly consisting of non-verbal and speech and language.
The Role:
- Support children with non-verbal and speech and language needs.
- Work with pupils of all Primary ages and abilities.
- Assist with lesson delivery, classroom management, and skill development.
- Encourage independence, engagement, and participation in learning activities.
