Nursery Practitioner - Leighton Buzzard
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Flexible between 8am - 6pm
Salary: Dependent on experience and qualifications
What You\'ll Be Doing
- Supporting children in their early years development, learning, and play
- Encouraging creativity, physical development, and sensory exploration
- Engaging in both structured and free-flow outdoor and indoor activities
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Working closely with colleagues and parents to support each child\'s needs
About You
We\'re looking for someone who is:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years or Childcare
- Passionate about early childhood education and outdoor learning
- Proactive, adaptable, and a supportive team player
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Keen to continue growing through ongoing training and professional development
Experience in a nursery or early years setting is preferred, but we welcome newly qualified practitioners looking for their first role.
