The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help deliver engaging learning activities alongside the class teacher
- Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour
- Support pupils with a range of learning needs
- Assist with classroom preparation and daily learning activities
- Communicate confidently through the medium of Welsh where required
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
- Experience working with children or young people is essential (school, childcare, coaching, youth work, tutoring, placements or volunteering)
- Positive, patient and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
