As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, helping to maintain a positive learning environment and ensuring students stay on task.
This Role is Perfect For:

We're Looking For:
You don't need to be a qualified teacher, but you must have experience working with children or young people, such as:
- Schools
- Youth work
- Sports coaching or clubs
- Holiday clubs
- Scout or Guide groups
- Mentoring or tutoring
- Residential care or similar settings
You’ll also need:
- Confidence leading a classroom
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and professional attitude
- A passion for supporting young people's education
