The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: * Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absences * Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment * Manage behaviour effectively and confidently * Support students to remain engaged and focused throughout lessons * Adapt to different school settings and age groups * Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from candidates who have: * Experience working with young people in schools, colleges, youth work, coaching, training or similar environments * Strong classroom and behaviour management skills * A calm, resilient and professional approach * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to build positive relationships quickly Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and behavioural needs is highly desirable.
