About the Role
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment
- Supporting individual students or small groups with their learning
- Helping students with personal care or physical needs where required

- Providing emotional and behavioural support to students when needed
About You
- Experience in working with children, ideally in a SEN or educational setting

- A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
