Primary SEND Teacher - Specialist School (Milton Keynes)

£185-£232 per day | ASAP Start

Aspire People are recruiting a confident and compassionate Primary SEND Teacher for a specialist school in Milton Keynes supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, PDA, Communication & Interaction difficulties and Complex Needs. The school is a fantastic setting with a highly supported Primary and Secondary provision, offering a calm, structured and nurturing environment where both staff and pupils are genuinely valued. Responsibilities

  • Teach and support pupils with additional needs in a primary specialist setting
  • Deliver differentiated, engaging lessons
  • Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment
  • Implement consistent behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
  • Work closely with LSAs, therapists and support staff
  • Support EHCP targets, reviews and pupil progress
  • Build strong relationships to improve engagement and confidence
