The Role:
- Supporting pupils within the classroom and during learning activities
- Delivering small-group interventions and physical activity sessions where appropriate
- Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Supporting children with SEND and SEMH where required
- Helping pupils build confidence, resilience, and independence
- Working closely with teachers and support staff
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Sports, Sports Coaching, Sports Science, or similar (or coaching experience)
- Experience working with children or young people
- Positive, energetic, and patient approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
