The Role
- Teaching across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and preference
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and additional needs
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Working as part of a supportive school team
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS or is completing their ECT programme
- Passionate about primary education
- Confident or developing confidence in classroom management
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Enthusiastic, reliable and committed
- Open to both long-term and flexible opportunities
