MFL Teacher - Hereford

MFL Teacher – Secondary School – Hereford. Location: Hereford. Pay: £150-£220 per day (dependent on experience).

We are recruiting an MFL Teacher to work in a secondary school in Hereford on a long-term basis. The role will involve teaching French and/or Spanish across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils to develop confidence in language learning. This position is suitable for experienced teachers and ECTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality MFL lessons
• Teaching French and/or Spanish at KS3 and KS4
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
• Adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners
• Maintaining positive classroom behaviour
• Contributing to departmental planning and development

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
