What You'll Be Doing
- Leading classes during teacher absences across a variety of subjects
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and ensuring learning remains on track
- Maintaining positive behaviour and promoting engagement in the classroom
- Supporting pupils throughout their learning activities
- Working flexibly across a range of secondary schools throughout Merthyr Tydfil
We're Looking For People Who
- Have experience working with children or young people in any capacity
- Are confident managing groups and building positive relationships
- Possess strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Can think on their feet and adapt to different school environments
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people and education
