We are a highly specialist independent day school supporting students aged 6-19 with a range of additional needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- ADHD
- Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)

The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in helping students learn, develop independence, and achieve their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students' learning and development across the curriculum
- Assisting students in the classroom, around the school, and within the local community
- Helping students build confidence, communication skills, and independence
- Supporting children and young people with a wide range of learning, sensory, physical, and medical needs
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver high-quality support
- Promoting inclusion, equality, and positive outcomes for every student
- Providing personal care and physical support where required
- Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Contributing to a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
