The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve their individual goals. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months' experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, childcare, support work, youth work, or similar)
- A caring, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
