Aspire People are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Mentor / Teaching Assistant to work with two Year 6 pupils at one of our partnered schools in North Manchester.
The role is full-time and long-term, with daily one-to-one support to manage behaviour and support learning.
The ideal candidate will help pupils access classroom activities, develop emotional regulation, and build confidence and resilience, working closely with teachers and school staff in a supportive team environment.
