Full-Time Long-Term Role with Aspire People.
Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Upper KS2 Teacher to support a primary school looking to strengthen their teaching team. The school is seeking a confident and motivated teacher who can effectively support pupils through the challenges of Upper KS2, preparing them for increasing academic expectations while maintaining a positive and engaging classroom environment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to pupil progress and attainment.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality teaching across Upper KS2
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with curriculum expectations
- Supporting pupils with reading, writing, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills
- Monitoring attainment and implementing intervention strategies where required
- Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Qualifications
- Holds QTS
- Has recent KS2 teaching experience within a UK primary school
- Is confident teaching Upper KS2 pupils
- Has excellent behaviour management skills
- Demonstrates a commitment to pupil achievement and development
- Can quickly become a valued member of the school team
