Aspire People is working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas who are looking for Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, career-changers, or anyone with experience working with children who is looking to gain hands-on school experience.
The Role:
- Supporting pupils in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Working alongside class teachers to support learning
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support where needed
- Helping pupils stay engaged, confident, and motivated
- Supporting behaviour, routines, and classroom organisation
Ideal for Candidates With:
