Have you worked in a school before but never gained a formal Teaching Assistant qualification? Aspire People is recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants for long-term and day-to-day roles across primary schools in Greater Manchester. Many of our partner schools are happy to support experienced school-based staff who have practical experience but no formal TA certificate.
Typical Backgrounds Include:
- Previous classroom support or cover roles
- Volunteering or paid work in schools
- SEN support roles
- School admin, lunchtime supervisor, or pastoral support roles
The Role Will Involve:
