Aspire People are looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate SEND/SEMH Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs throughout the school day
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support
- Assisting pupils with emotional regulation and social interaction
- Supporting learning activities both inside and outside the classroom
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive engagement
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
- Has experience supporting children with SEND and/or SEMH needs
- Is nurturing, adaptable, and proactive
- Can build positive relationships with children and staff
