Aspire People are recruiting a SEND Learning Support Assistant to work within EYFS and KS1 at a supportive primary school in Salford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with younger children and has experience supporting early communication, emotional regulation, and learning development.

The Role

  • Supporting children with speech and language needs, ASD, or developmental delay
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups
  • Supporting early phonics, communication, and play‑based learning
  • Helping pupils develop independence and confidence
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
