Aspire People are currently seeking a strong and dedicated bank of 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Manchester. We have a variety of opportunities available, including daily supply, short-term, and long-term roles, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students with SEN within a secondary mainstream setting
  • Support students with a range of needs, including additional learning needs and challenging behaviour
