Aspire People is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND within a mainstream primary school setting. This role involves working closely with pupils who require additional academic, emotional, or behavioural support, including children with ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
- Delivering targeted interventions linked to EHCP targets
- Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
- Encouraging independence and confidence
