Aspire People are recruiting for a compassionate and proactive Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming and inclusive primary school. This role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH needs. The successful candidate will work closely alongside the class teacher and SENCO to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and build positive relationships within the classroom environment. The school is looking for someone who can provide both classroom support and targeted intervention work, while also adapting to the varying needs of pupils throughout the school day. While some individual support may be required, this is primarily a general classroom-based SEND support role.
