About the Role

- 1:1 support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), behavioural challenges, and academic needs.

About You
- Hold a UK Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Education, Psychology, curriculum-related field).
- Have previous experience working in a school setting within the last 2 years (tutoring, teaching assistant work, or related roles).
- Strong interest in education and a passion for helping students succeed academically and emotionally.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to hit the ground running in various classroom settings.
- Resilient and committed to providing consistent support to students.
- Can confidently implement and support the school's behaviour policy.
- Have a DBS on the Update Service and provide two years of professional references.
