About the Role
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEND), helping them achieve their full potential.
- Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support in the classroom.
- Deliver one-to-one or small group interventions.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Psychology, Maths, Science, English, Sociology or Education would be advantageous, but not essential.
- A passion for education and supporting young people.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
