Aspire People are recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Didsbury, supporting the Reception cohort from September.

You will work closely with pupils presenting with emerging barriers to learning and support them to thrive within a play-based and adult-led classroom.

The ideal candidate will have Level 2/3 in Early Years or Childcare, EYFS experience, and a compassionate approach to helping children, including those with Autism or SEND.
