Aspire People are currently recruiting for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support within a welcoming early years setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development. The setting is looking for someone who can create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment while supporting children through play-based learning and early development activities.

The Role:

  • Supporting children within Nursery and Preschool provision
  • Assisting with early phonics, communication, numeracy, and social development
  • Supporting learning through creative and play-based activities
  • Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
  • Assisting with observations and monitoring children's progress
  • Working closely with teachers, nursery staff, and parents to support pupil development
  • Supporting children with varying needs and abilities within the setting

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (desirable)
  • Experience working within a nursery, preschool, or school-based EYFS setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Warm, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about supporting early childhood development
