Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious Candidate Resourcer to join our successful Manchester team.
This isn't just another resourcing role. You'll work in a dedicated 1:1 partnership with one of our high-performing Recruitment Consultants, taking ownership of the candidate side of the desk while playing a key role in growing and developing an exciting area of the business. Together, you'll build a market-leading talent pool across Greater Manchester, helping schools secure exceptional staff whilst supporting education professionals in finding rewarding career opportunities. As the desk continues to grow, so will your earning potential. This is a role that will develop and progress over time, as the business levels grow and candidate base increases, with clear milestones in place for you to aim towards.
The Role
Working alongside your Recruitment Consultant, you'll become the driving force behind attracting, interviewing and managing high-quality education professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing teachers and education support staff through job boards, social media, networking and referrals
- Writing engaging recruitment adverts to attract exceptional candidates
- Interviewing and assessing candidates to understand their experience, aspirations and suitability
- Building strong, long-term relationships with teachers and support staff
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies across our partner schools
- Managing candidate availability and maintaining regular communication
- Preparing professional CVs and candidate profiles for client submission
- Supporting candidates through the compliance and onboarding process
- Working closely with your Recruitment Consultant to ensure vacancies are filled quickly with the very best talent
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and activity using our CRM system
- Attending recruitment events to help attract new talent to the pipeline
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideally you'll have:
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking to people over the phone and face-to-face
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work with pace and urgency
- A proactive, resilient and positive attitude
- A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
