Qualified Teacher - Alternative Provision - the role- Based in Manchester
- Work closely with parents, teachers and senior leaders
- Patience, empathy and resilience is key to this role

- Track and monitor data such as attendance, progress and more

- Long term position - possibly temp to perm after 12 weeks if interested
- Work Monday - Friday school hours, term time only - early finish on a Friday!
- DBS check required, safeguarding training provided
- QTS ideally required - if not the school are able to put you through training
- Confident and empathetic
- Experience of supporting students with SEMH/barriers to learning
- Firm but fair approach with pupils
- Ability to build strong relationships with students
