Aspire People is recruiting a SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Lutterworth, starting September.

You will provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs in a primary school setting.

We welcome Psychology graduates (2:2) though other relevant degrees are considered.

You will collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to support individual education plans, promote inclusive learning, and help develop communication and social skills.
