Aspire People have partnered with a specialist SEN school in Lutterworth who are looking for a passionate and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role would suit someone who has experience supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including challenging behaviour, emotional regulation difficulties and barriers to learning. About the Role As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported and ready to engage with their education.
